What should I do

I am a beginner at this guitar thing and i have an old acoustic guitar that my pap gave me and i am going to use it for lessons until i have enough money for an electric guitar. When i get my electric guitar what kind should I get. I like older rock like def leppard, twisted sister, ozzie osbourne, and guns and roses. So what kind do u think i should get guys thanks so much

Your looking at something in the vein of a Les Paul or Super-Strat style guitar for that kind of sound. :)

There are others of course but those would be the first I would try out if I was looking for that niche.
