can not get the jam app to work

So, every time I've ever tried to go to the jam track thing it would seem that the tool doesn't load all the way. Is there something wrong with this thing or is there something else I should do to make it work properly. Anyone else have this problem?

If it's firefox.. try IE.. I had similar problems with Firefox and no problems with IE.
