Yes, he has a silly haircut AND bad fashion sense BUT there is no denying he is an amazing player. Found this post on youtube that is made up of a collection of snippets of his more emotive solos - some really amazing solos in there - my favourite is the solo starting around 1.40 (that and No Boudaries are what got me into his music), really beautiful phrasing and unbelievable technique. Just thought I would share this with you all seeing as MAB is often slated as being a shredder with no soul. Beware though, as the vid goes on there are some pretty cheesy solos and bad 80's tracks in there!).

Michael Angelo makes nice music! Even my friend who doesn't play guitar enjoys listening to his music because of the cool melodies. The shred parts of his songs are used well and fit the song rather than seem to be just thrown in. So I don't feel he's a 'shredder with no soul'.
