It sounded as sweet as my 1984 American Strat. But just looking at the humbuckers....couldn't do it. The cost was around the $6-700 range. 'tween March and April of this year, I bought 2 MiM Strats off Ebay and the 2 cost me around $600 total. They are mint. All 3 sound and feel slightly different. I still hope to someday have a Strat in a tobacco sunburst finish. I think they look so cool.
