TC Electronic MultiFX

I'm gonna get one of the TC Electronic rack-mounted MultiFX units. but im unsure whether to get a G-Major or a G-Force.

On Musiciansfriend.com the prices are as follows:
G Major: $399.00 US
G Force: $1,499.00 US

I'm gonna be using a lot of FX, like delay, tremolo, compression, sustain, chorus, phaser, EQ and noise reduction.

Firstly, do both units supply all these FX, and secondly, is it really worth forking out the $1,100 for the G Force? Is it really THAT much better?
