Metal jam track!!

Hi, i've been using guitar tricks for a while now and i really love the jam tracks. but please can people make more metal jam tracks!!

I am not good at metal but I was curious if we are able to submit loops for Jam tracks? Like my most recent Solo Assignment backing track I could cut the loop portion of it and submit that..? Or do they have to be midi files only?

I do have a question for the members concerning the jam tracks.

Do you prefer a jam track made up of one main riff, two riffs (ie, verse-chorus format) or a full song comlpete with intro, verse chorus, bridges?

I could easily make the songs I did for my metal series available as jam tracks but I was wondering if it's the kind of tracks people would like to jam over.

It would really help me to know what our members prefer.

I personally prefer them in the format similar to my backing track for this month. So it's basically a 12 bar verse with a 8 bar chorus that then loops back into the same 12 bar verse. For the more basic ones where you are practising a certain style, perhaps just the 12 bars of the verse would be adequate.
