Hello Everyone!
My name is Julian and have begun to play the electric guitar. Growing up I have been surrounded by musicians left and right. My dad is a Gospel/Jazz Bass player, my Uncles either play the drums, guitar, or congas, and my cousin also plays guitar. Ive always wanted to get into playing instruments, but always was doing other things like sports, or school. Now at 18, i have the time to get into learning how to play the guitar. I love a wide variety of Rock, but the main genres of rock i listen to the most is Progressive, Hard Rock, and Metal. My two favorite bands are Dream Theater and Tool. I have heard many good things about this website and decided this would be a great place to start learning how to play the guitar. Cant wait to get started, and hopefully get to interact with everyone on these forums!
