Hey Shaz, I'm sure it's a good one - not sure if I can do anything over it though. Damaged my ears and am on medication for it at the moment - I can only play guitar now by looking at the wav scrolling across the Cubase sreen while judging the beats from the flashing of the metronome. Can't use speakers at low levels because the rininging in my ears is louder than the music itself and I don't want to risk further damage. Meds starting to work though and the doc thinks it should get a lot better when the swelling goes down. Just a word of warning to everyone else out there playing/mixing at loud volumes through headphones - don't do it! I'll probably post a proper warning thread with detailed info for everyone's benefit in the general forum later anyway. Sorry for hijacking your thread Shaz!

Ace track - it absolutely storms & it's tight and punchy. I'd like a download please! ( haven't got a myspace login ).
Can you play "Far Far Away?"

Yes - how far would you like?

hehe ignore my private post asking for a link to the BT submission obviously.. I read your PM before seeing this post. Is it possible for you move the file to a place where people can download it without needing to register?

The bass seems a little too low in the mix and the rhythm a little too high in the mix for my liking but may be that is just the style of the music... it's been a while since I've really listened to any heavier stuff.. I'm sure it will be fine. I'm no master of music by any standards, just my thoughts.

Either way, I think it's a good idea to use your BT because:

1. It's already done.
2. It's nice to have some variety.
3. It's great to have people helping with the assignments.
4. I know this is going to challenge me. :)

etc etc :)

I like this track and have started doing some work on it. The G Major Scale seems to be working alright. Do you remember the Chord Progression in the track? I am still working on being able to pick these things up by ear but am still not real confident at it. Thanks for submitting the track. :)
