Nylon Guitar ( live)

I need some help with some setup information for playing live with Nylon string guitars.

I have a Godin Multiac and have been using it for about a year now and can't seem to get a nice thick sweet tone that a nylon should give you.
I have run it thru several pedal effects, POD XT live ,Fishman Aura etc etc,,,,,,,they all make it sound tinny and cheap which it is not. Marc Antoine uses one it it sound fantastic.

So I ordered a TC Electronics G Natural which I am hoping will do the trick.

Does anyone play a nylon live for performing here> and what is your setup?

have you ever tried micing it and going straight into a pa? are you using a acoustic amp or a regular guitar amp?
