if your willing to spend money start buying album song books. most of the ones i have seen come in both tab and standard notation. the have all the tempo stuff and most everything you need to know. if you are really serious about learning whole songs i would recommend getting the books and ignoring internet tabs, then use a metronome to practice and learn the songs then use the cd or mp3 to play along with the whole song.

you might also try guitar-pro.com . its atab software that uses midi sounds that play along with the tab, but its still is very inaccurate.
