Hey man, i really dig your stuff.

If you don't mind me asking, how old are you? I'd just like to know how long I have before I should give up... but seriously really cool sound man.

This latest one is awesome, and Pow Wow is still one of the coolest things I have heard in a while.

RGX3121............Thanks for listening......How you doing with that KORG !!!! :)

Jordoplaygeetar.......Thanks for listening....."interesting scales" !!! I did use many different modes on that solo. It was for a competition and I wanted to get away from standard rock licks. Its between two chords that I really hated so I had to dig deep within. There are a couple of things I want to work out in there so when I get the time I,ll post the scales. (get a book of modes it really does help, scales are music as long as it does,nt sound like scales !!!) :D

Drew77........ Thanks for listening......."Age" its not age that counts, its how good you look !!! :D no no no no thats a load of rubbish. Just go to YouTube and you,ll soon find some guitar monsters of all ages. Even here on Guitartricks. Its not your age it s how much time you put into music and how you use it.
Glad you liked "Pow Wow" as well I think thats more fun.

Good stuff! I have been away for awhile since the websites were a distraction. I have been trying to build up my speed and shred skills have been working the metronome overtime. Still have a long way to go. But guitar work like yours keeps me inspired. Once again good stuff.

Thanks for listening...........I think working on your speed and shred skills with a metronome is fine but I find thinking about the guitar/music away from the instrument is very important also. And try to play things you know on a different groups of strings so you have to think about what you are playing. Before long you have more freedom. :) ........good luck and thanks again.

Yeah I just meant I started playing pretty late, and the number of years you have been playing certainly effects how good you can be (there are only so many hours in the day). I have been playing for a little less than three and I am much better than my friends who have been playing for eight, but I also spent a couple summers playing 7 hours a day (and a year of college skipping class and playing 4 hours a day at least, in the dorms  people hated me). So the amount of time I put into is actually linked to my age. I play and practice a lot, but someday I am going to die and I won't be able to get any better at music.

I was just kidding really, and believe me I know there are kids several years younger than me who are much better in pretty much every aspect of playing. I'm not actually worried about how good other people are compared to me. I'm gonna keep doing my thing and they'll keep doing their thing and eventually I will be good at the thing I do.

Anyway man, respect.
