New band name, what do you think?

I'm in a band who is starting to get kicking (playing shows and recording and such) and we decided that the name we were using was uncreative and unattractive, "The Aftermath" just sounds cliche. We have two ideas, and are leaning more towards one than the other (not gonna say which though just cause) the first is "The Black and White Conspiracy" and the second is "I Love You, This is a Robbery". We are a Metalcore/Progressive band and would love your input on the matter...

Truth be told, I kinda like them both. I think the first one seems to roll a little easier off of the tongue which is always nice for word of mouth advertising. But the second one makes me laugh and is quite memorable. It's just like the opening scene from Pulp Fiction.

I think you and your band would do quite well with either name.

Oh MAN, funniest thing ever. Just last night at work one of my coworkers was like "I thought of the best band name...'The Aftermath.' " This other coworker of mine and myself were like "There's no way that's not already taken," and it appears we were right. :)

I like the Conspiracy one more. The other one would make a better album or song name than band name.
