I´ve been using Hercules Stands only. They have a good solid stand and the neck is fixed by an auto-grab system that locks the neck once you put the guitar on the stand. That way it can't fall out by accident. Also, the foam rubber they use is laqueur-proof, so it doesnt harm the finish of your guitar. Some stands do have foam rrubber (or just rubber) that - over time - starts to sort of 'melt' into the finish of your guitar and ruin it. The hercules don't.
