For the most part Punk rock contains no soloing. The emphasis is not on guitar heroism, ut rather on the message of social change. Therefore, I would guess that it would be hard to find a punk rock scale?
Although, some bands do use them a bit. Check out TriggerHappy, or check out the Satanic Surfers. Those are two bands which come to mind. Oh and Strung OUt does a kiss ass version of Bark at the Moon by none other. You can find that song on the Punk goes Metal Cd. Check it out. There is stuff on Pantera to G and R

I suggest trying to put solos into punk rock. You may get a mass following!
