New Here GuitarNana

Hello, everyone, I am very new to this site since yesterday and I love it so far, I am trying to convince my hubby to let me be a paid member there is great stuff I would like to learn. I guess I have been playing for about 5 years off and on nothing real steady, I play for my own enjoyment mostly, my son taught me and got me started and there is nothing like being able to play, it takes me away and helps me stay positive when life throws a curve ball. I know most of the major and minor chords, but I need to learn so much more. Like bar chords I can't seem to get the hang of that, however I think I can do the open bar easier. Anyway I am married to a wonderful man and have two grown kids girl and boy and have 6 grandkids and I am only 43!! Makes me feel old! haha. Well I hope I get to know you all.
