Need help with an open tuning

Hello fellow sliders, I'm having a helluva time trying to figure out the tuning on Sheryl Crow's "Everyday is a winding road". It almost sounds like he's using a lap steel and maybe a C6 tuning, which I am not familiar with. Can anyone help me?
