Learning a song

I'm a little passed beginner but anyways, i was looking up tabs for "the boys of summer" by the ataris. My sister wants me to play it for her and Im kind of confused about the structure and how its laid out. I found a few tabs and one sounds pretty close to the real thing. Is there anyone who knows how to play this song or that would give me help on playing it.

just a little advice....go on ultimate-guitar.com get the tabs....
then go to youtube and learn the song while you listen to it..
