Ok, I really need help with this, NOBODY I try to talk to knows how to tell me to play this song PAIN by Three Days Grace. The song's distorted part is NOT sliding, its strumming up and down. I seriously need help with this. I've been practicing this song since April when I bought the book on how to play Three Days Grace songs and I've gotten NO help help. I've gone slow with it, I have it in tune, everythings perfect, but when I play it it sounds messy and really bad, nothing like the song.

PLEASE help me.
