im still waiting for california to fall into the ocean (my mom said that was all the big thing when she was a kid), y2k, armageddon, the hole in the ozone layer to burn us all to cinders, and the ufos to come and enslave us all for asteroid mining and a cheap source of food. all this science stuff is is best guess anyway.

the way i see it s__t happens. sure global warming would be bad but if we pick up after ourselves (and yes mr.t using your paper a few times then burning it is considered recycling) then in a few years when the sun cools back down (it does have cycles of activity every 11 years or so) we can all go back to talking about the rapture.(no offense to anyone but where the hell did you guys think that one up?? that one aint even close to being in the bible.)
