Troy Stetina

I am looking for an old copy of Troy Stetina's heavy metal lead guitar volume two. I remember it having a song called mystic places in it. I really liked the melodic style that he was teaching. I have written him but he just suggests that I buy his new book that has that song in it. I am looking for all the material in the book. If anyone has this and wants to download or just sell it I would appreciate it.
