Most of the large Tab Sites operating presently are not threatened by US Law (Sites Located in Russia, etc....).......
There are authorized sites that sell Tab/Sheet Music by individual song titles. Just hope that they have the exact song you want as a single. Regardless, I personally don't buy Tabbed material. Tabs have a value and are used by many players and play song pieces from them. However, there is a price that's paid by those who rely heavily on following the numbers for proper finger placement. I relate it to "Painting by Numbers" an Artist Paints a scene, Then the numbers show non-artists how to paint a copied version. The Price paid is not related to learning Theory, reading music or knowing the name of every note on the fretboard. A lot of players rip it up without knowing much about Theory, which means they have an incredible trained ear guiding them.
The price paid usually resorts to a lack in the art of Transcribing.
Transcribing is difficult in the beginning and becomes a skill that develops a player into an artist. The Tab author needs the skill in transcribing to write the tab properly.
