im not sure about your guitar exactly but the knobs should be volume and tone. if there are 3 knobs it is mostlikly volume volume tone. the switch if its a 3 psoition switch is neck/both/bridge if its 5 you might have coil tapping. meaning in a certain position the switch turns your humbucker into a single coil.
sry its not much help but i dont know much about that kind of guitar.

Sorry, I don't know that model either but have moved the thread to somewhere the guys who know will see it.

Ok I'm only guessing here but what you have is something like this (or at least the same basic setup):

or..
http://vaportrailcafe.easypracticalsolutions.com/images/schecter.jpg
Both guitars look different but have the same basic setup:
2 x Humbucker pickups
1 x Selector Switch
2 x Control Knobs
The pickups:
Ok.. So you have a neck pickup and a bridge pickup. The neck pickup is near the neck/fretboard of the guitar which is considered to be the "front" pickup.. and the bridge pickup is at the "back".
The Selector Switch:
I am going to guess again and say that the selector switch has 3 selections. The switch is on an angle but the "front" position (towards the fretboard) is usually the "front" pickup, when in this position ONLY the front pickup will allow sound to be output. The back position is the back pickup, when in the position ONLY the back pickup will allow sound to be output. When the selector is in the middle position, BOTH pickups are allowing sound to be output.
The Control Knobs:
One of these is going to control the volume. This one will be very obvious because when it's turned one way the guitar output gets softer, and the other way it gets louder. The other mysterious control knob is the TONE control knob. This works exactly the same as any tone control knob.
I hope this has answered your question. If not, let us know the model of your guitar or take a picture of it at least.

If you go on their website (just do a google search to find it) and give us a link to the one you have, we can tell you exactly what they do. They also tell you on the website what controls it has if you know what they all do.

I own a schecter and the tone knob is a push-pull knob too (can't remember the technical term for it).
I I remember correctly it bypass the tone.
Not sure they are on all Schecter but you can try it out. Gently pull on the knob.
