I might add, if you make an open C chord at the first,
fret position using index,second,and third finger,
of your left hand.
Then add the pinky to the G string third fret,
which will give you a C7th which is used by alot,
of blues player ec ect.
It can be played down and up the fret-board.
Most all chords are moveable up and down the ,
fret-board.
Really the melody chords are also very important to,
learn right along with the bar chords.
Another thing its according to what you want to,
play or learn on your guitar.
