Hi there,
You have a LOT of potential but need to improve your accuracy and clarity. Don't be offended, I used to play like you do right now too - I only improved when I forgot about playing fast and worked on playing the parts perfectly at much slower speeds.
You seem to have a good knowledge of the music and shapes, the problem is getting everything tight. Slow it wayyyy down and work on getting your technique perfect.
The single best tip I have for improving accuracy in complicated sweep patterns is to practice using midi. If you don't have software for writing midi, download Reaper (or another free sequencer) and input the notes in the passage you want to play. Loop the passage and adjust the bpm accordingly, you will find this very difficult when you sart but will very quickly notice a significant improvement in your picking.
Hope that helps, as I said you have a lot of potential!
