amp settings
where do i find out how to set my amp to sound like the bands who's music im playing as im new to electric im used to acoustic and when i try playing different styles i cant get my amp to sound right

Have you tried any of the guitar magazines? i subscribe to Total Guitar and all the songs that they tab have eq settings and advice on how to get 'the tone' or if your after specific settings for the songs you already play try doing a google search.
