Suggested free lesson for non-subscribers

Forgive me if such a lesson already exists, but I'd like to see a good video lesson showing the 7 basic chords A, B, C, D, E, F, G and how to switch between them quickly and easily for flow and without unwanted noise from elsewhere (any tricks and tips appreciated). Perhaps add in tips for writing simple songs using those chords.

I think it would be nice to have a good free lesson like this for those who have just joined and are contemplating subscribing for full access.
