Try getting a long tube, such as the center cardboard roll that wrapping paper comes on...

Have one end of the tube near the soundhole of your acoustic (just a few inches) and put a mic at the other end of the tube....That's a studio trick that will make it sound "bigger". It's good to also mic the soundhole and record 2 tracks at once using this method.
