Hi! I, too, have just recently joined. I'm coming up on 72 in January and started picking a little rhythm when I was 12. I finally learned some minor chords and later had a couple of country bands but all I did was sing and play rhythm or bass. I write songs and poems, too. Now I'm trying to learn a little lead and it's sure hard getting the moves from my head to my fingers, but, also, a lot of fun. Guitar Tricks has a lot of great stuff.
