For a song I'm using a simple progression (E A E B A E ), but I'm liking the sound of two variants for A and B.
Essentially I'm using an "E bar" chord but lifting the bar.
Hence, the A variation is:
077600

and the B variant is
099800 (although, I may be dampening the low E)

FWIW, sometimes I'm playing the E chord up at 079900 and sometimes not.
What would these chords be named, as an A and B chord?
Thanks!
