RIP Greasy Knots

It's true, it's true....the Greasy Knots are no more.

I'm starting university in September, while Mike and Luke are remaining at home. It's about an hour drive from Winnipeg to where we live, so it's become apparent that we won't be able to practice anymore, at least for a while.

We're all still hoping that someday soon (preferably next year) we'll be able to find a practice space and pick it up, but until then, we're through. Luke's busy basically for the rest of summer, so the practice I just got home from is looking like it'll be our last one for some time.

RIP, you magnificent Greasy pigs. I love you.

:( Laaaaaaaaaaaame. This better not be a permanent RIP. An hour really isn't that really long of a drive, I drive that far too work everyday and university is about 30-40 minutes from my house. Lazy manitobers. :mad:

Yeah....but when you consider that Luke is the only one with a working vehicle at his command, and how we don't have anywhere to practice either....

I think you can turn this around man.... you're going to Uni - huge opportunity to get gigs for the mighty knots, and all the perks and benefits that may bring.

I was in the student band when I was at Uni, and it significantly improved my experience... :cool:
