i need help with reaper

i was recordin three tracks for a song idea,

recorded first two and they are pretty much in synch. but then the last track is really out in reaper. like it was out by half a second. i tried again and it did it again

wats odd it comes in half a second too early, whuch makes no sense,as its not a delay in the system,.

plz help i feel like stabbing the computoe screen with my guitar.

It may be a latency problem. The good thing is you can drag the track and drop it wherever you want it.
You can also right click on the track, and then click on “Item processing”, and then “Quantize item positions to grid”
