i cant fasst pick up and down i can play anything nexept the fast parts because i can pick fast help! :cool:

I'm having the same problem. It just takes practice. Start slowly at first and use a metronome. Increase untill you get sloppy, then back off the spped and stay there for a good deal of time. Then try to increase speed again. Never practice at a speed that you cannot play cleanly and consistantly.
With time you'll be picking with increase speed and smoothness.
