hey, im new to the guitar, i just got my guitar yesterday. it was a 100$ (35$ amp) vinci electric guitar, im not sure if its "electric-accoustic" or regular electric. i know its cheap lol but all i can afford. i dont get the proccess of tuning the guitar, i have looked at this sites tutorials and many more and dont get it. i have wrote my own little guitare riff just messing around with it,
you strike the low E string twice first then the next one down twice then the low E twice again, without touching the frets. i can do it pretty nice, but thats all i can do. im trying to learn how to do sweet dreams by marilyn manson but thats a hard one.

ps. does anyone know what i can use to clean the guitar? mabie a little simole green or windex?
