I hate when I don't get any responses, so I'll help a fellow GT'er out. Even though this is weeks old. Heck I love talking about effects, and I'm quite bored. I don't have any any experience with any sort of uni-vibe pedal, although my phase 90 pretty much doubles as one. I think uni-vibe is one of those hard to mess up kind of things. As long as the pedal is built to last then go for it. Voodoo Lab makes great pedals, and I have owned one myself so thats not just regurgitation of reviews. BBE also makes great pedals and for a little less money too. I would test them out if possible, but if not, try and listen to as many sound clips as possible and read all the reviews you can.

Yeah I came across a used Microvibe at guitarcenter for $100. Played it for 5min and was sold. Right now it's my favorite pedal, it's gets all those Hendrix, Gilmour sounds!

Its never even crossed my mind, but now that we're talking about it, I really want one for myself. Along with the octave pedal, the new overdrive, and a Boss tuner.

nice pedal dude.
Right now I am aboslutely hell-bent on buying a Love Pedal magicboy/magicvibe. It's a simple little pedal, with only one control (speed) and a giant knob so you can turn it with your foot...but it is the nicest sounding pedal I have ever ever ever heard

Wow, I just checked that thing out. It's phenominal. And 150 ain't too bad either. It sounds really similar to my phase 90 at times, but there is a pretty clear difference in the tone. The only thing about the Phase 90 is that it seems to distort clean tones a lot. :(
