ok, so i have a JCM800 and was changing the tubes to yellow jackets (EL84) because the amp is too loud...when i was carrying my amp to connect it to my cab, i turned the on button without noticing it and when i went to connect it to the wall plug, it made and loud noise because it was already on and now it doesn't work...what's wrong with it?? did i burned the tubes? the fuses?

It could be a blown output tranny. A tube amp should never ever ever be turned on without the proper load (read connected to speakers) Although as long as you don't have input (i.e. playing your guitar thru w/o speakers attached) you can often get away with this. Did you have a guitar cable inserted into the amp when you plugged it in? And if so was the other end plugged into a guitar?
