Can anyone give me a aprice estimate?

I've been looking for price estimates for building a guitar, and i've got $450 (that's £310.34) for an estimate, and i've got £200 ($290) in real earth money... Can someone give a rough estimate for all the hard ware please, as i think that the estimates i've got are massivly over priced, I'm pretty sure cos my first guitar cost £80 ($116) new!!!...( I'll get pick ups for £35- £40 ($50.75 - $58) from a local who makes, apparently, the best pickups any one I've talked has ever heard, and i've been told catagorically they're better than Symore Duncans, even for the price!)... I basically want a fixed bridge, non-locking nut, two humbuckers, I'm not too sure about the wood, I was thinking about maple bit would the brightness of the sound be lost due to bassy pickups?...
