Link hunter says, when you are comfortable with a lesson try one on the next level. If you ever feel you can't play it, practice a little more the previous lesson and come back to it later. In the beginning, all you muscles have to learn new ways of doing things. This takes time.

The amount of information on GT is sometimes overwhelming. To be sure you get the most out of the site, you need to ask yourself one question : what style do I want to learn? Every instructor has his or hers favorite style. I'd suggest looking around the different instructor pages. Then you can sort the lessons by difficult level.
