open e tuning

hello, this is my first post...can anyone tell me how to tune my guitar to an open e ? I can do drop d , etc.. but

Thanks I get that, the proper notes...or i know what there are supposed to be but...can I tune the strings to a piano? or...u know regula tuning e & a 5th fret there r the same or a little harmonics..etc..thats what i'm looking for

Oh, okay....once you've got your low E, play the seventh fret and that'll give you your B. Then play the 5th fret on the B and that'll give you the next E. On the E, the 4th fret will give you a G#. On the G#, the 3rd fret will give you the next B. And on that B, the fifth fret will give you the high E.
