im gettin my ibanez s370 for christmas and i cant wait! I went to guitar center today and played it and its sweet! I wanted it early but my dads like "no its a christmas presant". anywho i just figured talking about it would help. is anyone else gettin a new guitar for christmas? if so what kind?

Not that I know of, but perhaps I'll hit the lottery sometime soon, because I'm itching to purchase a PRS guitar.

I purchased a Epiphone L/P Black Beauty and a classical guitar a couple of weeks back. Im waiting for the shop to order the thing in though. Its not or christmas though, thats too long away.

I'm planning to make an odd semi acoustic intruments wich is kind of a cross between a Gibson 335 and a strat, but the electronic and the setup will be quite different from both! In fact the electrons will be a little similar to a Les Paul...

the local university offers a class
"build your own solid body electric guitar"
i'm planning on taking that course next quarter
(after i investigate my materials) *heheheheh*
and i plan on making a standard 6 string
strat type guitar...nothing too crazy for my
first one..
if turns out nice...i want to....really want to
make a double neck with siamese headstocks...
*excellent*
***(gotta say excellent like wayne (waynes world)
or burns (simpsons) either one works in this example***
so...we'll have to keep eachother posted on our research
i have been to that site and posted a few questions/comments
on their forum too.
