i took panadol last nigth before bed now i just got up..was the most uncomfortable sleep ever..i kept waking up thru the night over and over again...it felt like the process was taking forever...its so bad..well the pain is still there but barely noticeable..but like if there's a shift of blood like a head rush its excruciating..what on earth is this?

perhaps someone cud kick me in the head...
