Does anyone have suggestions for a good video or CD package for learning Metal or Blues guitar tricks and styles?

I'm interested in Mississipi Delta/Led Zeppelin style blues (slide guitar, fingerpicking, etc), and all types of Metal (including tapping, harmonics, etc).

I've been playing for a year and a half now, and consider myself an intermediate player. Someone was telling me the George Lynch video really rocks.

Thanks,

Man, Paul GILBERT's terrifying guitar trip will teach you so many licks you'll try to play them faster in order to make them sound alike!!!!

Hi. One suggestion would be to get the some of the Progressive series. (They all have guitars on the front). They are books that come with CD's. The cd's just have the riffs that are in the book so you can play along. I hope this helps. Some of the books they have are Rhythm guitar, Lead guitar, Lead guitar Licks, Lead guitar Solos, Rock guitar, Heavy Metal, Fingerpicking guitar and slide guitar. Hope this helps.
