Marty Friedman - checked out 'Rust in Peace' again after a long while and went straight back to my cd collection for his instrumental stuff which is even better :eek: Check out Jason Becker's 'Perpetual Burn' for some amazing guest solos, 'Dragon Kiss' for some really cool exotic stuff and the old Cacophony stuff for the best dual solos ever recorded (with Jason Becker - they could really have done without the vocalist though!).
Friedman is my favourite eighties guitarist, full stop - but yeah, I hate Cacophony :p
