Should I buy??

Guys, I need some advice. I found a Marshall Valvestate VS100 head for $300 used. And a Tele Squire for $150. I have never owned a Marshall amp, dont really need it either but IF it is a good deal I may buy it. Also the Tele, dont need it either but it is in excellent condition and a really beautiful guitar.

I used to have the 1x12 combo version of that amp. Sometimes wish I still had it. It was quite versatile, from what I can remember. I wouldn't give anymore than $150-200 for it, though.

So as for the guitar? Are the Squire's really worth a crap?

I think I may pass on the Marshall head. I read some reviews that didn't speak very high of that amp.
