You won't go wrong. This is truly a beautiful spot, but it is rapidly getting overbuilt. Be sure to try to book a nite or two in Hana if you can and spend some time just walking and sitting, and taking it all in. Although it is changing too, it is still pretty much the old style Hawaii, with some really accomplished slack key guitar players out there. At family gatherings out there, these guys come out of the woodwork that you never heard of before, and just blow you away with their playing! I think they must just sit up in the woods where nobody can see them and grow their 'erbs and practice all the time!
