:D

Just for your information.

I finally got a hold of someone at Ibanez to listen about the guitar where the pickup burned out because a mom was trying to save money and put a rechargeable in it.

It seems that they will warranty it so I am sending it back today.

The lady said that they will be including the information about rechargeables in up coming instruction manuals

:D

Good deal. Nice to see a company that knows the right thing to do. You build good reputation that way.

Yep... nice one.

The only thing I'd have done differently is telling GC (or whoever it was) that you used a rechargeable in the first place. Not giving them the opportunity to blame you is always the best option IMO....

it's good to hear that there are still companies out there that do the right thing. Congrats on getting it taken care of.
