Line 6 delay modeler

I used a delay modeler a couple weekends ago, but not for the delay. I used the sweep echo, set the delay time to 0 and the feedback to 0 and got the coolest filter sounds. Does anyone know of any other pedals that can get this sound? preferably cheaper ones
