but while using the frets the sound is not the same like it shows in the tuning section. so what am i doing wrong

If you did it in that order the problem coud be the string you started with the standat tunnig should be:

E string 1 (lighter one)
B string 2
G string 3
D string 4
A string 5
E string 6 (heavier one)

Just check that for start if you still have troubles... post again.
