Yep, we signed to the Indie label Cassiopeia Records this past Friday. The first thing we'll be doing is remastering 4 songs from the demo we recorded back in 2005 and re-releasing it as an EP under the label. The EP and upcoming album will be in stores across the southeast and Havoc Din will be in rotation on most rock radio stations across the southeast...

We will begin recording our first full length album in April. Probably will have 12 songs on it. We're excited to see how things pan out......

OUTSTANDING!!!! Congrats to you and all of HAVOC DIN! Now, what's the deal? We up here in the Ohio Valley need some good tunes too. Let's talk to them about opening up that distribution a bit.

Big news bro... mayor achivement, maybe sometime you could write some sort of review over the process, cause it seems like a a very intresting topic for most of us.

Thanks everyone....we're really stoked about it...I'll keep you all updated on what all is involved with it..

We're just starting out in the southeast (SC, NC, GA, and TN). That's basically a "test" phase. If the c.d.'s do well in sells, we'll be expanding to other states, don't want to spread ourselves out to thin to begin with...

Here is the press release from the label.

Columbia-based hard rock band Havoc Din has signed with Cassiopeia Records. Havoc Din brings a unique, almost "stoner rock" sound to the roster, in the vein of Fu Manchu, Corrosion of Conformity, Neurosis, among others.

"Havoc Din is one of those rare bands that actually bring a new level of talent to the table" said John Taylor, label owner. "We are proud to have them aboard and look forward to a long and fruitful relationship".

Havoc Din will be releasing, in the near future, a four-song EP on Cassiopeia Records, to be followed by their debut album, which will be made available for purchase in local record stores as well as iTunes, and via their website and the label's website.

This is definitely a band to watch for. Look for their EP release in the coming weeks. Havoc Din will also be featured on Cassiopeia Records upcoming compilation CD, slated for release March 21st.
