Mine was a Montgomery Wards guitar my mother bought me in 1965 that turned out to be a special run that Gibson made for them.

Cost my mom $39.95.

I still have it, still play it, and it is in great condition.


Another great inexpensive guitar I have is an Art & Lutherie made in Canada. Cost me $200 second hand. I play it at church every Sunday.
