Judging by the head stock and what appears to be shark fin inlays I am going to say that it is not an epiphone or gibson, at least not like one I have ever seen. That wireless controller is definitely not based on that guitar so, it could be a Ibanez, or a Yamaha like what other people have said. I don't know if Yamaha makes guitars with those inlays though. I am not an expert on guitars or anything.

Actually looking at the head stock again I am going to go with a Yamaha. Look through their site they have a lot of body styles very similar to that one in fact I have seen yamahas that could be that same one, just with different pick guards.
